I've never been to Alaska.
My sister and our two nephews left today for a trip to the great white north! I must admit that I am jealous! They hope to see some bears and moose and the salmon, which are apparently active at this time of year. They will not be able to see the Northern Lights though. They do hope to get over to see the whales. Driving around and seeing everything they can in the time they have to stay is the main plan of their trip. They will have plenty of daylight to do so, as there is about 20 hours of daylight a day right now. I just can't wait to see all the photos they bring back to show us!
That I'd like to see.

Living in Alaska
I've never lived in Alaska.

Alaska
I've never been to Alaska.
A rugged land filled with natural undisturbed beauty. A land filled with bears, and wolves, and moose and oceans filled with whales. A land where sleds could be considered a form of normal transportation. A land purchased as one man's folly. A land where eagles can still soar and rivers run free.
