I had never been to Zilkha Hall before.
This small intimate theater is located inside the Hobby Center in Houston. While I have been to the Hobby Center many times, I did not know there was another, smaller theater inside. Zilkha Hall was perfect for the production of The Screwtape Letters that we saw there this weekend. It only seats 500 and is perfect for drawing you into the show. The view is great even from the farthest rows. The acoustics are great too. All in all, this was the perfect venue for Screwtape. I hear that this hall is also the perfect place for small productions and chamber music.
That I'd like to see.
