Q Cuts

I've never been to Q Cuts. I just learned today that this place gives $15 cuts and that their is a guy there who cuts some of my friends' hair regularly. When I heard this price and know that these girls' hair always looks good, I know that I will be giving this place a try soon! That I'd like to see.
