I've never been involved in concessions.
I have noticed though that in many entertainment venues these elo touch screen monitors where you can order and even pay for concessions. This is a pretty good idea as it eliminates the need for long lines and allows customers to peruse, order and pay at their convenience. It seems like using these touch screens can make concession lines move more smoothly.
That I'd like to see.
