The Stoop

I had never been to The Stoop before.

The Stoop is a section of the blog Joboja which is chock full of loads of information. I looked through some of the past posts at The Stoop. I enjoyed reading some in particular. I was interested in what other parents had to say about Batman , since I let my teenager see it. I found it interesting what Beijing is doing to clean up its air pollution and wonder why they don't stick with such a plan regularly. And got a good laugh reading about George Bush running for a third term in office !

Then I decided to check out some other sections on Jojoba. There are several that I found interesting. I looked at the contests and then headed over to the travel section . There are several there that I'd like to read. I am going to read through the compelling reasons for travel .

I really like the diversity of this blog. It is filled with current events, fun, information, and more! It looks like there are often guests authors as well. This is the kind of blog I could spend some time at reading lots of different posts. Maybe that's why he provides a stoop on which to linger...

Maybe I'll see you one day at The Stoop.

That I'd like to see.

Adelaide

I've never been to Adelaide.

But my blogger friend Sire lives down under and he is starting a new blog of his home, Scenic Adelaide . It seems that he is wanting to make sure that he finds the beauty of his city and shares it with others. I love the idea and love seeing the photos he has posted so far. They are really nice. If you have always wanted to visit Adelaide but have not been able to, why not stop by and take a virtual trip with Sire?

Blissful Thinking

I had never been to Blissful Thinking blog before.

But tonight I made a nice discovery. This is a very pleasant blog to visit. I like the sharp, sleek presentation of the layout. Her writing is easy and pleasant to read. Each post is thought provoking and almost every entry has an original poem to add to its effectiveness. I also think she is a relation to another fabulous blog writer whom I have been fortunate to have contact with in the cyberworld. This is an overall pleasant blog to visit.

That I'd like to see.

Places Remembered and Imagined

I had never been to Places Remembered and Imagined before.

This looks to be a new blog, and one nicely done. I like the layout, but more than that, I like the "feel" of the blog. I think the title really drew me in. I like the way he is reminiscing about places he's been as well as dreaming of places he would like to go (something I do here regularly.) It was nice to note that some of his family is from the same place that some of my family was from. An interesting connection. He has a nice easy style to read and a very enjoyable blog. I particularly like Trenton Makes the World Takes as I had not heard that before. Maybe one day we will eventually make it to all the places we dream of going.

That I'd like to see.

RedHead Rants

I'd never been to RedHead Rants page before today.

But I have to say that I really like what I saw. I'd made a virtual connection with her at her other more business oriented site , which is great in it's own right. Now, she has set up a more fun loving place to drop in. This is a new blog which looks to be a rather promising outlet for this redhead to rant a little. She says she will broach just about any subject that she sees a need to rant, uh, blog about.

That I'd like to see.

Stewart Rhodes

I'd never been to Stewart Rhodes blog before.

When I found ThatGirlTasha, she had a link to her husband's blog. His life is full of interesting things and he likes to share them. He is writing a book on the threat to our nation brought on by the "war on terror", he used to be a professional sculptor and is practicing law now. His blog posts are filled with things of interest to today's citizens.

That I'd like to see.

That Girl Tasha

I'd never been to That Girl Tasha's Blog before.

I noticed she had dropped in to visit my blog and I always like to try to return the favor. This is one cool momma!

It seems her life has been in upheaval as late and she is just now getting back to blogging. She seems to live an interesting life and her blog is interesting as well. I also found the link to her husband's blog.
