Capella University

I've never been to Capella University.

This university is actually a fully online accredited university. It offers 82 graduate and undergraduate distance learning degrees . You can earn a degree in business and information technology. The graduate program offers business, information technology, education, human services, and psychology. Right now the online university is serving nearly 18,000 students from all 50 states and 56 countries.

Recently, a faculty member from the school of Business and Technology co-authored a book entitled "Appreciative Coaching: A Positive Process for Change". Based on recent studies, Sara Orem has taken the approach that appeciative coaching can help individuals and organizations alike to effect change. The focus is on acknowledgement of strengths using positive questions, mindfulness and other tools. The acknowledgement of strengths then in turn can effect change.

That I'd like to see.
